I took 112 yesterday. Compared to 110, 112 was an unreasonably hard test. Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions. Not as much biostats as I thought there was going to be, but nothing too unreasonable. Our school just took 106 as our official COMSAE to be released to take Level 1. Many of the questions were purposefully vague and often, questions had a single buzz word that would change the diagnosis/bug/etc. Most of my class plans to take COMLEX Level 1 within the next four weeks. I take level 1 in two weeks and scored 584 on COMSAE 106.

UW percent at a 51% first pass. But in general, I agree, these comsae questions are much more first order so they tend be a lot easier than UW. If I had to guess I would say it would be very unlikely for them to be over predicting. We should have a batch of scores next week so we’ll know how these comsae’s compare.
